If you're a student and don't have dental or chiropractic care, BYU works with another company to provide a discounted service that many chiropractors and dentists accept. It's not an insurance policy, and everything they do must be paid for at the time of service, but it generally saves you a bunch of money if you have to get work done or visit a chiropractor anyway. The BYU site even has some reviews.
Here's one of my favorite Provo Chiropractic office. Here's the link to the BYU discount program.

I've gone to Dr. Bowers for years and he's one of the best chiropractors I've ever met. He cares about his patients, takes care to thoroughly understand their concerns, and doesn't sell stuff that isn't needed. I highly recommend him and have nothing but good to say about him and his staff.
